How a commercial claim is built
A free review first. A contract only if you hire us. Then the file is documented, estimated, and negotiated.

Step 1
Free review
Send the policy, the carrier estimate, photos, and any denial or closing letter if you have them. A call is enough to start. No signature required for the review.
Step 2
On-site inspection
Drone documentation, moisture mapping where water is in issue, and measurements of the building as it stands.
Step 3
Specialized engineering when needed
If causation or scope is contested, we assign specialized engineers as the file requires.
Step 4
In-house Xactimate estimate
Line items tied to photos and measurements in the platform commercial desks already use.
Step 5
Negotiation with the carrier
We deal with the company adjuster and the desk.
Step 6
Appraisal or close-out
If the amount of loss cannot be agreed after the file is built, the policy may allow appraisal. That is not a lawsuit.
Fee and the 72-hour cancellation
If you hire us, the fee is 10% of additional money recovered after you retain the firm. Texas Insurance Code §4102.104 caps total public-adjuster commission at 10% of the insurance settlement on the claim. Hiring a public adjuster is optional.
A written contract is required before we represent you. You may cancel that contract by written notice within 72 hours of signature for any reason. The free review does not require a contract.
No guaranteed additional payment.
