Underpaid Claim LLC (“we”) operates underpaidclaim.com. This is a service-business privacy notice, not a consumer-app privacy policy with accounts.
If you call, email, or submit the claim-review form, we collect the name, property address, phone, email, property type, loss type, claim status, description, and any files you attach. We use that information to evaluate whether a free commercial claim review is appropriate and to contact you. We do not sell it.
Form submissions are emailed to Claim@underpaidclaim.com. Files you attach travel with that message. Do not send medical records or unrelated personal documents.
We do not require an account. We do not publish claim files. We are not a law firm; sending information through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship or a public-adjuster contract.
