Licensed Texas public insurance adjuster

A commercial loss deserves a documented number.

We represent commercial property owners in Texas — not insurance companies. Every claim we take is inspected, photographed, measured, and estimated line by line before anyone talks about a number.

Who we work for

The adjuster the carrier sends works for the carrier. We work for the policyholder.

That is the entire distinction, and it is the reason the license exists. We document the loss, build the estimate, and handle the carrier's adjuster on your behalf — start to finish, on one file.

Who you are working with

Seventeen years of property claims, from the roof down.

Under Paid Claim LLC has represented Texas policyholders since 2011. Cord Largo spent years in commercial construction before moving into claims, which is why he knows what a repair actually costs. That background stays where it belongs — in the estimate. We do not perform, supervise, or arrange repair work, and we are not paid by anyone who does.

Our fee — and the Texas legal maximum

How a file moves

Three steps, documented at every stage.

There is no cost for the review and no obligation after it. If we do not think we can add anything to your claim, we will tell you.

Claim review

We read the policy, the carrier's estimate, and the file as it stands today. No cost, and no obligation afterward.

Full documentation

Roof, interior, and building systems inspected. Photographs logged, moisture readings taken, test squares cut, materials identified and measured.

Line-item estimate

A detailed Xactimate estimate and proof of loss submitted to the carrier, with supplements and re-inspections as the file develops.

No cost for the review

Send the claim file. We will tell you what we see in it.

Contingency fee of 10% of the settlement — the maximum Texas law allows, with nothing layered on top — under a written TDI-approved contract signed before any work begins.
