Under Paid Claim LLC · Texas property claims

Think your property insurance claim was underpaid?

When the estimate or check doesn’t seem to match the damage, the next step is to understand the difference.

A payment gap can have more than one cause.

An estimate lists the work the insurer has included. The payment may then reflect deductions or policy conditions. A higher repair quote does not, by itself, prove the insurer owes more.

  • Missing repair items: Does the estimate leave out work related to documented damage?
  • Quantities or repair methods: Do measurements or proposed repairs differ?
  • Pricing: Are materials, labor or supported costs disputed?
  • Deductible: What portion is your responsibility under the policy?
  • Depreciation: Has an amount been deducted for age or wear?
  • Coverage or limits: Does the policy exclude or limit part of the requested payment?

What we look at

The relevant policy and insurer’s explanation, the property and damage records, and the estimates and payments already made.

A supported position, not an assumption.

If our services fit your situation and you retain us, we organize the relevant records, prepare claim documentation and communicate with the insurer about supported concerns.

Hiring a public adjuster does not guarantee additional payment, change your coverage or remove your deductible.

What to bring to the discussion

  • Your policy and declarations page.
  • The insurer’s estimate and payment information.
  • Written decisions and explanations of deductions.
  • Photographs, repair estimates and relevant invoices.
  • A short timeline of important claim communications.

You do not need to upload these to start an inquiry. Tell us what is available, and we can discuss what is needed next.

Know the cost before choosing representation.

Our fee is 10% of new money paid, with no fee on payments received before you hire us. The fee is due when new money is received. If no new money is received, no payment is required. The written agreement explains the proposed work and terms.
