What to do when commercial insurance underpays
A practical sequence for Valley owners and managers. Not legal advice.

People type “insurance didn’t pay me enough” and “I don’t know what to do” because a check arrived and the building is still open. Here is a calm sequence. It is not legal advice and it is not a promise of more money.
1. Do not treat the check as the last word if it will not complete the work.
2. Save the estimate, photos, bids, emails, and the denial or closing letter.
3. Compare scope line by line, not just the bottom number.
4. Call 956-772-4404 or send the form. No contract for a review.
5. If you hire a public adjuster, you may cancel a Texas PA contract within 72 hours of signing.
Free review. No contract to start.
Send the policy, the estimate, the letter, and photos if you have them. A call is enough. Fee: 10% of additional money recovered if you hire us, with the Texas statutory cap of 10% of the settlement.
